Performance Marketing / E-commerce

An e-commerce ads agency that runs your ads to a profit target

We manage your ad accounts against product margin.

Google Shopping and Performance Max, Meta Advantage+ and marketplace ads, run as one plan. The foundation: a clean feed and correct measurement.

01 / SCOPE

What e-commerce ads management covers

Which channels matter depends on how many products you sell, at what margin, and where. We can run all of the below. The audit decides which come first for you.

01

Product feed and Merchant Center

Titles, categories, GTINs, price and stock fields kept in order, disapproved products cleaned up, custom labels for margin-based grouping. Most of Shopping performance is decided here.

02

Google Shopping and Performance Max

Standard Shopping and Performance Max run with separate targets per product group. Brand searches, new customers and low-margin products do not go in the same basket.

03

Meta Advantage+ and catalogue ads

Dynamic ads tied to your product catalogue, Advantage+ Shopping and remarketing to people who abandoned a cart. Creative testing runs weekly here too.

04

Marketplace ads

Product ads on Trendyol, Hepsiburada and Amazon Ads. Marketplace commission and ad cost are calculated together so profitability is tracked per product.

05

Measurement

GA4 e-commerce events, Google Ads and Meta conversions, server-side tracking and Consent Mode v2. Revenue as reported by the platforms is checked against real orders.

06

Seasonal planning

Budget, feed and creative prepared ahead of November sales, holiday periods and your own promotions, so the busy weeks start with a plan.

02 / HOW WE WORK

From margin to target, from target to budget

The first step in running an e-commerce account is knowing which ROAS actually means profit. That number comes from your margin, and it differs by product group.

Break-even ROAS

Gross margin, shipping, return rate and commissions give a break-even ROAS per product group. The target sits above that line and every report is read against it.

Product segmentation

High-margin and low-margin products, new and returning customers, brand and non-brand searches are managed separately. Mixing them in one campaign lets profitable products quietly fund the losers.

Feed maintenance

The feed is checked every week: disapprovals, price mismatches, out-of-stock items, missing fields. Small errors get expensive in Shopping.

Weekly budget decisions

Budget moves between product groups and channels on ROAS. The decision and its reason go in the report.

  4. 04

ROAS and profit by product group, and the plan for month two.

Who this is for

Businesses with a live online store, a steady flow of orders and a team that knows its product margins. A brand-new store with no orders yet gives ads management nothing to learn from. In that case we suggest a small test budget and a first month spent collecting data.

05 / FAQ

Questions people ask about e-commerce ads management

01

Do you build stores or advise on platforms?

No. We do not do setup, themes or integrations on ikas, Ticimax, Shopify or any other platform. We manage the ads for the store you already have. If another team is building it, we coordinate with them on the feed and the tracking.
02

Do you also manage Trendyol and Hepsiburada ads?

Yes. Marketplace ads run on the same profitability logic as Google and Meta: commission, ad cost and margin are calculated together. Marketplace operations, listings and shipping are outside the scope.
03

How is the ROAS target set?

From your margin. Gross margin, shipping, returns and commission costs give a break-even ROAS per product group, and the target sits above it. We work with your own number rather than the platforms’ suggested defaults.
04

Is there a minimum revenue or ad budget?

We do not set a fixed threshold. In the audit we look at your current order volume, average basket and margin, and work out together the budget at which ads produce meaningful data. If the numbers do not add up, we say so.
05

Who prepares the product feed?

The feed comes from your store platform. We manage its structure, its fields and the Merchant Center side. If the platform itself needs changes, we send your developers a point-by-point list.
06

What is in the report?

Spend, revenue, ROAS and profit against the break-even line, by channel and by product group. Platform-reported revenue is shown next to the real orders in your store.
