Your team applies the approach to new tasks.

  7. Week 7
    Team-led work

Your team leads, with feedback from the specialists.

  8. Week 8
    Next steps

Finish the checks, guide and plan for the next 30 days.

Learn while moving the work forward.

  • The examples made sense. Where do you start in your own account?

We work on your website, data and campaigns. You put what you learn into practice in the same session.

  • You get stuck while applying it. Who can you ask?

You try it with a specialist, get feedback and make adjustments. We work through questions as they arise.

  • Training ends. Daily demands push new methods aside.

For eight weeks, we review completed work and agree the next step. Your team leaves with work done and a practical guide it can use again.

We work together. Your team takes over.

  1. Week 1

    Find the starting point.

We review your goals and setup to find what needs improving.

  2. Week 2

    Choose the priorities.

Together, we agree what to do, who owns it and when it happens.

What should we focus on this week?

We use Odaq to review data alongside our working notes. Your team’s needs and available time shape the priorities.

Explore Odaq →
EXAMPLE SESSION AGENDA

“Let’s start with the mobile enquiry form. Understanding where people get stuck may be more useful this week than rewriting page titles.”

Before we start.

How do strategy and infrastructure differ?

Digital Strategy & Roadmap covers target customers, channels and budget priorities, leading to a 90-day marketing plan. Digital Infrastructure & Automation covers how your website, CRM, data and marketing tools should work together. We define tool choices, a system map, automation scenarios and development requirements. Decision-makers and project owners can join the relevant sessions.

What does SEO + GEO cover?

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) focuses on how your website is found in search engines. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) focuses on visibility in AI-generated answers. We review technical issues, content and AI visibility, then work through the priorities together.

How does training fit with consulting?

We explain the approach, apply it together on your website and campaigns, then check the result. Your team learns through its everyday work.

How much time should we set aside each week?

Three hours in the office each week, one-to-one or as a group depending on your needs. Each selected specialist also provides two hours online per week, mostly one-to-one. Not everyone needs to attend every session; we plan attendance and work between sessions around your team’s needs.

Does the audit take extra time?

No. The audit is free and happens in week one of the eight weeks. We assess the current setup and agree a plan in week one. We request account access and existing documentation before the program starts.

Where do the office sessions take place?

We agree the city, location and schedule when preparing your proposal.

Does choosing more areas extend the program?

No. All selected areas run in parallel for eight weeks. Each specialist provides two hours online per week. The office session stays at three hours per week.

What does the program price include?

The base fee covers office sessions, program management and 3 months of Odaq membership. Each area’s fee covers preparation, reviews and specialist sessions. The audit is free. The calculator shows the total in EUR. We agree the accounts, websites and tasks before starting. Ad spend, other paid tools and development outside the agreed scope are planned separately.

Can a less experienced team join?

Yes. We assess your team’s experience and choose the right starting point. Any foundations you need are included in the plan.

What counts as completed work?

A change has been made and checked. For example, a conversion tracking error has been fixed and tested. We do not promise that SEO impact or statistically conclusive test results will arrive within eight weeks.

Can we get support after the program?

The aim is for your team to run the everyday work independently. We can agree separate support for more complex needs.

Let’s plan it around your team.

Tell us about your team, priorities and location. We’ll agree the scope, schedule and proposal.
