01 · SCOPE

Sites that look the part and do the work.

We don’t ship brochure-ware. Every site is built to load fast, rank, convert, and stay easy to update, then wired into the same measurement we run for paid and SEO.

/01

Design that fits the brand

Clean, modern design tailored to your market and audience, not a recycled template, with a system your team can extend.

/02

Built for speed

Core Web Vitals taken seriously: fast loads on real devices and networks, because speed is conversion and ranking, not a nice-to-have.

/03

Lead generation by design

Clear paths to enquiry, call, or booking, with forms and CTAs placed where intent actually is, so the site produces leads, not just visits.

/04

Booking & service flows

Reservation, appointment, and enquiry flows for hotels, restaurants, and service businesses, integrated with the tools you already use.

/05

SEO & AI-ready from day one

Clean structure, schema, and content built to rank on Google and be cited by AI, so the site is an asset for the SEO work, not an obstacle.

/06

Measurement built in

GA4, server-side tracking, and event design wired in at build time, so you can see exactly what the site is doing from launch.

02 · THE PROBLEM WE FIX

Most agency websites are pretty and useless.

They look fine in the pitch, then load slowly, leak leads, and can’t be measured or updated. We build the opposite: fast, instrumented, and easy to run.

03 · HOW WE WORK

Plan, design, build, measure.

A tight, transparent build with no surprises, and a site you fully own at the end.

step_01

Plan

Goals, audience, and the pages and flows that will actually drive enquiries, mapped before any design.

step_02

Design

A modern, on-brand design for the key templates, reviewed with you before a line of code.

step_03

Build

A fast, accessible, SEO-ready build on a stack you own, with measurement wired in from the start.

step_04

Measure

Launch, then track what converts and tune it, so the site keeps getting better after go-live.

Which pages should we improve first?

Your services page converts at 1.2% vs 3.4% on the homepage, but takes 40% of the traffic. Fixing its hero and form is the biggest single win. Drafting the changes now.

grounded in: GA4 · Search Console · your site · no invented numbers

A website that improves itself.

Once the site is live, Odaq, the AI platform we built, watches how it performs, flags the pages losing visitors and the queries you could win, and drafts the fixes. The build is the start, not the finish.

06 · FAQ

Questions we actually get.

Straight answers to the questions clients ask before they work with us, the same ones search and AI engines get asked.

01

How much does a website cost?

For a professional corporate or lead-generation site, most credible 2025–26 guides land between $2,500 and $10,000+, with heavily custom or e-commerce builds running well past $20,000; templates and builders sit below that, with real trade-offs in speed, SEO, and measurement. Scope drivers: page count, custom design, integrations, and content. We quote a fixed scope after a short discovery, and you own code, content, and data.
02

How long does it take to build a website?

Our typical corporate or lead-gen build ships in 4 to 8 weeks end to end: plan, design, build, measure. Smaller brochure-style sites can be faster; heavy integrations or e-commerce run longer. The variable that actually blows up timelines is content readiness, copy, imagery, and translations, so we flag it and plan for it in week one.
03

Should I use a website builder or hire an agency for a custom build?

Builders are fine for validating an idea cheaply. A custom build pays off when the site has a job: generating leads, ranking, integrating with your tools, and feeding clean data to your marketing. If you’ll spend on ads or SEO, the site multiplies, or wastes, all of it; that’s when speed, structure, and measurement built in from day one win.
04

How fast should a website be?

Fast enough to pass Google’s Core Web Vitals at the 75th percentile of real visits: LCP under 2.5 seconds, INP under 200 milliseconds, CLS under 0.1. Speed is conversion and ranking, not polish; on mobile, every extra second measurably costs demand. We build to 90+ PageSpeed scores on real devices, and our builds average 98/100.
05

Will my website work with AI search as well as Google?

It will if it’s built for extraction as well as ranking: clean heading structure, schema.org markup, fast loads, and answer-first content that AI engines can quote and cite. Google itself says no special AI files are required; the same fundamentals carry both. Every site we ship includes that foundation, so it’s an asset for SEO and GEO work, not an obstacle.
