Performance Marketing / Google Ads

A Google Ads agency that turns budget into measurable sales

We build and run Search, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube campaigns, and report every week in writing.

The measure is cost per conversion and sales.

01 / SCOPE

What Google Ads management covers

Your product and your sales process decide which campaign types belong in the account. We can build all of the below. Running all of them at once is rarely the right call.

01

Search campaigns

Keywords, match types and negative lists, managed by hand. The ad answers the search and the landing page finishes the answer.

02

Performance Max

It works well when your product feed and conversion data are in order, and poorly when they are not. We fix those first. Reports show which placements spent and what they returned.

03

Shopping

Merchant Center setup, product feed and Shopping campaigns. Online stores have their own page on this site, linked below.

04

YouTube and Demand Gen

Video and visual campaigns for demand and remarketing. We test them after Search has settled, with a separate budget and a separate goal.

05

Conversion tracking

Google Ads conversions, the GA4 link, enhanced conversions, and tracking for forms, calls and WhatsApp clicks. No campaign goes live until the measurement is right.

06

Ad copy and assets

Headline and description sets for responsive search ads, sitelinks, callouts and call assets. Copy is revised against the search terms report.

02 / HOW WE WORK

A weekly routine with written reasons

Results in Google Ads come from small decisions made regularly. We note every one of them and put them in the report.

Account audit

If you already have an account we read it first: search terms, spend distribution, conversion settings, match types. In most accounts the first win is cutting the budget that goes to irrelevant searches.

Campaign structure

Campaigns split by product group and intent, tight match types, shared negative lists. A simple structure makes it easy to see what is working.

Bidding

New accounts start on manual CPC or a clicks goal. Once the account has enough conversions, we move to Smart Bidding with Target CPA or Target ROAS. The switch date is agreed with you.

Search terms review

Every week we read the search terms report. Wasted queries go on the negative list and converting searches get their own ad group. This work never finishes. An account where it has stopped is not growing.

03 / THE FIRST MONTH

From audit to first report

  1. 01

    Audit and goal

We review your account and website and agree on what counts as a conversion. The proposal is written around that.

  2. 02

    Measurement and setup

Conversion tracking, the GA4 link and the campaign structure, tested before launch.

  3. 03

Launch and the first two weeks

Campaigns go live. In the first days we check search terms and click costs every other day.

  4. 04

    Monthly review

Spend, conversions, cost per conversion and our recommendation for the next month. The decision is yours.

Who this is for

Businesses whose product or service is already being searched for on Google, who can track what happens after the click, and who can sustain an ad budget for more than a month or two. Introducing a brand-new product that nobody searches for yet is hard and expensive on Google Ads. If that is your situation we will say so in the first call and suggest a different route.

05 / FAQ

Questions people ask a Google Ads agency

01

How does a Google Ads agency charge?

We work as a fixed-scope setup project followed by a monthly management fee. The monthly fee depends on the number of campaigns and the size of the account. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Google. The proposal shows the two lines apart.
02

What is the minimum budget for Google Ads?

We do not quote a single number because click costs vary a lot by sector. In the audit we look at the click costs for your own keywords and work out how many clicks it takes to win one customer. If the budget falls short of that, we will tell you not to start.
03

What should I look for when choosing a Google Ads agency?

Three things: is the account opened in your company’s name and does it stay with you if you part ways, do you pay Google directly for the ad spend, and do you have full access to Google Ads and Google Analytics. With us the answer to all three is yes. The account is yours from day one; if you decide to leave you remove our access and the campaigns stay where they are. The working term is set out in the proposal.
04

How do you report?

A short written summary every week: spend, conversions, cost per conversion and the changes we made in the account. A longer review once a month. You can also open Google Ads and GA4 yourself at any time.
05

How long until Google Ads shows results?

Search campaigns bring clicks and conversions from the first week. Costs settle and Smart Bidding learns over a few months of steady data. We treat the first month as a learning period and say so in the reports.
06

Are you a Google Partner?

No. We do not hold the badge and we do not claim it in our ads. The badge is awarded on Google’s own criteria and says little on its own about how an account is run. When you compare agencies, ask about account ownership, reporting and the search terms report.
