Know what every click is worth.

We build the measurement layer behind your growth: clean tracking, attribution you can trust, and dashboards that answer questions instead of raising them. Then we keep them honest as you scale.

01 · SCOPE

Everything it takes to measure growth, properly.

Most analytics setups are half-instrumented and quietly wrong. We rebuild yours as a system: every event defined, every conversion verified, every number traceable to its source.

/01

Measurement architecture

A documented tracking plan and a clean GA4 + GTM build, server-side where it counts, so data stays accurate as platforms change the rules.

/02

Event & conversion tracking

Every meaningful action captured once, named consistently, and matched back to revenue. No duplicate events, no guesswork.

/03

Attribution modelling

Multi-touch and data-driven attribution wired across paid and organic, so budget follows the channels that actually create customers.

/04

Dashboards & reporting

Looker Studio and Odaq Canvas dashboards that answer the questions a board asks, refreshed automatically and readable at a glance.

/05

Experimentation & CRO

A testing program with the statistics done right, so wins are real and losses are cheap. We measure lift, not vanity.

/06

Privacy & consent

GDPR-ready consent mode and data governance built in from day one, so your measurement is durable and compliant by design.

02 · THE PROBLEM WE FIX

If you can’t trust the number, you can’t act on it.

Broken tracking doesn’t just lose data, it quietly steers your spend in the wrong direction. We start by finding what’s wrong, then make sure it stays right.

03 · HOW WE WORK

Audit, architect, instrument, activate.

A disciplined build that ends with you owning a measurement layer you understand, not a black box you rent.

step_01

Audit

40+ point review of your current tracking, tags, and reports to surface exactly what’s wrong and what it’s costing.

step_02

Architect

A documented tracking plan and data model agreed with you before a single tag is touched.

step_03

Instrument

Clean GA4, GTM, and server-side implementation, QA’d event by event until the numbers reconcile.

step_04

Activate

Dashboards, alerts, and a readout so the data drives decisions, then we tune it as you grow.

Which channel drives the highest-LTV customers?

Organic search converts 2.1× the 90-day LTV of paid social. Reallocating 20% of social budget to content and SEO is projected to lift blended LTV:CAC from 3.1 to 3.8.

grounded in: GA4 · BigQuery · CRM · no invented numbers

Your dashboards, plus an analyst that never sleeps.

Once your data is clean, Odaq, the AI platform we built, sits on top of it. Insight answers plain-language questions straight from your warehouse, Canvas keeps dashboards current, and every answer cites its source with zero invented numbers. You get analysis on demand, not a queue.

Questions we actually get.

Straight answers to the questions clients ask before they work with us, the same ones search and AI engines get asked.

01

Is GA4 GDPR compliant?

GA4 can be run in a GDPR-compliant way, but not by default. The 2022 EU rulings against Google Analytics concerned US data transfers; the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (July 2023) resolved that layer. What remains your responsibility: valid consent via a proper banner, Consent Mode v2 (required for EEA ad features since March 2024), and sensible data-retention settings. We configure all of it as standard.
02

Why don’t GA4 and Google Ads numbers match?

Because they measure differently; a 20 to 30% gap is normal. Google Ads credits its own last click and reports on click date; GA4 uses data-driven attribution across all channels and reports on conversion date, and consent loss removes some users entirely. We reconcile the two so you know which number to use for which decision, and how big the honest gap is.
03

What is server-side tracking, and do I need it?

Server-side tracking moves tag firing from the visitor’s browser to a server you control, which recovers data lost to ad blockers and short-lived cookies and gives you control over what each platform receives. It’s worth it once paid spend is meaningful, because the conversions it recovers feed the bidding algorithms. We build it on server-side GTM as part of the measurement layer.
04

How long does a proper analytics setup take?

A typical fix-and-rebuild takes 2 to 4 weeks: a 40+ point audit of your current tracking, a documented tracking plan agreed with you, then a clean GA4 + GTM implementation QA’d event by event until the numbers reconcile. Most of the time goes into definitions, deciding what a conversion actually is, not into the tags themselves.
05

Is Google Consent Mode v2 mandatory?

In practice, yes: since March 2024 Google requires Consent Mode v2 for EEA traffic if you use ad personalization or remarketing, and without it parts of measurement and audiences degrade. Done right, consented hits stay precise and Google models the gap from denied ones. We pair it with a compliant banner so legal and measurement stop fighting each other.
