Digital Peax/Services/Conversion Rate Optimization
Conversion Rate Optimization

Turn more visitors into customers.

We read the whole journey, the landing experience, the funnel, the creative, and the copy, then run the experiments that prove what lifts conversion. More revenue from the traffic you already pay for.

01 · SCOPE

Conversion, treated as a system.

We don’t guess at button colors. We map the whole journey, find where intent leaks, and run the experiments that turn more of your existing traffic into revenue.

/01

Journey & funnel audit

Every step from ad click to purchase mapped and instrumented, so we can see exactly where and why visitors drop.

/02

Landing page & UX

The highest-leverage pages and flows rebuilt for clarity, speed, and a single obvious next step.

/03

Experimentation

A/B and multivariate tests with enough power to call a real winner, not a vibe. We ship what wins and kill what doesn’t.

/04

Message & creative

The offer, the copy, and the creative tested as part of the page, not in isolation, so the argument actually lands.

/05

Behavior analytics

Heatmaps, session replay, and funnel analytics to see how people really behave, not how we assume they do.

/06

Measurement you trust

Server-side tracking and clean event design, so every lift is real and attributable, not a tracking artifact.

02 · THE PROBLEM WE FIX

You’re paying to fill a leaky funnel.

Most teams pour budget into acquisition and ignore the 95% who land and leave. A small conversion gain compounds across every channel at once.

03 · HOW WE WORK

Map, hypothesize, test, roll out.

A disciplined loop that turns opinions into evidence and evidence into permanent lift.

step_01

Map

Instrument the full journey and find the biggest, most fixable leaks.

step_02

Hypothesize

Rank ideas by expected impact and effort, not by who shouted loudest.

step_03

Test

Run properly powered experiments and read them honestly.

step_04

Roll out

Ship winners everywhere they apply, then start the next loop.

Which test should we run next?

Mobile checkout drops 34% at the address step, worth more than the pricing test in the queue. Ship one-field address autocomplete first, projected +6% mobile CVR. Drafting the variant now.

06 · FAQ

Questions we actually get.

Straight answers to the questions clients ask before they work with us, the same ones search and AI engines get asked.

01

What is a good conversion rate?

Unbounce’s benchmark across 41,000 landing pages puts the median conversion rate at 6.6%, ranging from 3.8% in SaaS to 12.3% in legal, while site-wide e-commerce rates typically run 1 to 3%. Treat those as context, not targets: traffic mix and offer dominate any comparison. The benchmark that matters is your own funnel last quarter, and whether it’s rising.
02

What is CRO in marketing?

Conversion Rate Optimization is the discipline of turning more of your existing visitors into customers: map the whole journey, find where intent leaks, then run properly powered experiments that prove what lifts conversion. Done as a system it compounds every channel at once, because the same traffic produces more revenue. Our engagements average a +38% conversion lift.
03

How do I increase my conversion rate?

Start where the money leaks, not where opinions are loudest. The fixes that pay most reliably: clarify the hero so the offer is understood in seconds, cut form and checkout friction, fix the mobile funnel (it’s usually quietly worse than desktop), and match the landing page to the ad’s promise. Then test the big swings first and roll winners out site-wide.
04

How much traffic do I need for A/B testing?

A widely used guideline is roughly 30,000 visitors and 3,000 conversions per variant for a reliable read, which puts classic A/B testing out of reach for low-traffic steps. Below that, optimization doesn’t stop: we run fewer, bigger-swing tests, test where the traffic actually is, and lean harder on behavior analytics and user research instead of underpowered experiments.
05

How long should an A/B test run?

Two to four weeks in most cases: at least one full business cycle so weekday and weekend behavior are both represented, and until the pre-calculated sample size is reached, whichever is longer. The classic mistake is stopping at the first “significant” reading, which ships false winners. We fix the stopping rule before the test starts and read the result honestly.
